RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
The return/replacement policy for orders placed with Church Folk Candles is as follows: A replacement or store credit will be issued for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective, or shipped in error. For an item to be eligible for a replacement or store credit, Church Folk Candles must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged/or defective item within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Replacement/store credit requests must be sent to info@churchfolkcandles.com. Church Folk Candles does not issue refunds and accept returned candles.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of the order being placed at info@churchfolkcandles.com with the subject line to read CANCELLATION - #order number.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE A LABEL THAT I NEED/WANT? CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM LABEL?
Although we try, we can’t think of everything you may want to express on your candle. If you don’t see a label that fits your expression, simply order any product we offer and contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed along with order number and what you would like your custom label to say.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM OR DIFFERENT SCENT?
We do not offer custom scents or any other scent that is not currently on the site. However, if you have a suggestion, contact us and you just might see it one day.
